What You'll Do Respond to medical information enquiries from Health Care Professionals and patients via phone/email/virtual channels Deliver clear, accurate, and regulatory-compliant information using approved scientific resources Document all interactions to the highest quality standards (including adverse events & product complaints) Escalate complex enquiries to internal experts when needed Collaborate with internal teams to improve knowledge systems and customer experience Stay up to date on product, therapeutic and process training within the organisation What We're Looking For Fluent English + native-level proficiency in Dutch (verbal & written) Experience in medical information or high-quality customer service environment Excellent communication - able to respond empathetically and professionally under pressure Strong attention to detail, compliance mindset and ability to multi-task Confident working with digital/CRM systems Why Join?
