Main Responsibilities:
","Support senior management with human resources activities including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and learning and development initiatives.","Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees.","Manage family-friendly policies, sickness absence, employee onboarding and offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and support HR transformation projects.","Support talent cycle processes, assist in performance reviews, consult on employee relations issues, and provide analytical support for performance metrics.","Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand resourcing requirements, support immigration management and mobility, utilize and develop talent development resources, identify training needs, and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.","
Required Skills and Qualifications:
","Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.","CIPD qualification is a plus but not mandatory.","Minimum 3 years proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist role.","Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with high levels of attention to detail.","Proactive and strategic thinker, collaborative team player, and fluent in English (additional languages beneficial for the European market).","
