What your day looks like
Your workday takes place at the centre of hotel operations. You welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs and support them with questions throughout their stay. You provide information about the hotel and surrounding area and communicate with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly. You also take care of basic administrative tasks and help resolve small issues in a professional and friendly way.
Good to know
This is a full-time seasonal position with living and working on site at the resort. An EU passport is required.

Requirements
What you need for this role
For this position, previous experience in hospitality, reception or customer service is important. You should feel confident speaking with guests, handling questions and staying organised during busy moments. Very good English skills are required, as you'll communicate with guests and colleagues daily. German and/or French language skills are a strong advantage.
