Ratio recruitment are looking to speak to experienced civils project managers in the Midlands.
As the senior project manager, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects efficiently, safely and in a timely manner.
This is a full time permanent position with excellent career opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, manage and co ordinate all civil engineering projects from initiation to handover.
· Coordinate with Clients, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure compliance with budgets, project programmes, health & Safety and quality standards.
· Track and manage all project documentation
· Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews for each project and report regularly to the Managing Director.
Requirements
· Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position with proven track record of delivering civils works projects effectively.
· Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
* Direct and oversee completion of project
* Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
* Assess risks and establish contingency plans
* Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
* Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
* Strong communication skills
* Experience working with a team
