Are you our next Manager in Cost Transformation in our Management Consulting team?

Join our consulting team as a Manager with Cost Transformation experience to help our clients optimise cost structures, improve efficiency, and deliver sustainable value.
You will work on diverse projects across cost transformation, FP&A, commercial finance, process optimisation, workforce optimisation, and organisation design, collaborating with finance, operations, procurement, and technology functions.

Prior experience in management consulting, advisory, or industry roles focused on finance, cost optimisation, FP&A, financial analysis & modelling or transformation.
Industry Exposure: Experience in sectors with complex cost structures such as banking, insurance, asset management.
Exposure to multi-country organisations and global/regional cost initiatives.
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Experience in budgeting, zero based budgeting, forecasting, costing, and activity-based costing.
Familiarity with digital tools and enterprise performance management systems.

Here is what you can initially expect:
Analyse cost structures, identify inefficiencies, and model savings scenarios to drive cost optimisation.
Ensure cost initiatives align with business objectives and deliver sustainable, measurable impact.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, manage resistance, and drive adoption of cost-saving measures.
Use analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to redesign workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Leverage digital tools—including automation, AI, ERP and cloud systems—to support cost reduction initiatives.
Optimise contracts, manage vendors, and identify opportunities for strategic sourcing.
Assess and improve workforce structures, support workforce planning, and redesign organisational structures to align with cost objectives.
Lead or support cost transformation programs from planning through execution, utilizing project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE II, Agile) as needed.
