Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in driving sales and revenue growth in our Midleton store. You will oversee financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales, wages, and shrinkage, while ensuring excellent customer service and feedback.
You will also supervise visual merchandising standards, recruitment and development of staff, volunteers, and social activation scheme employees, as well as manage shop accounting procedures and inventory control.
Additionally, you will take an active lead in on-going store and community-based fundraising events, promote the brand through local channels, and ensure health and safety compliance.
