The role
Responsibilities
Process and quality check a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems to meet regulatory and client standards.
Provide input to process changes that improve operational efficiency.
Give day-to-day support and guidance to junior team members and assist the Team Leader with workflow distribution and efficient use of staff resources.
Identify, document, and disseminate new procedures and controls.
Carry out complex activities that have significant financial, client, or internal business impact.
Interact directly with committees and/or senior management as required.
Act as a key subject matter expert and mentor for more junior level employees.
Manage daily operational activities and supervise the day-to-day work of junior employees (not a formal management role).
Maintain technical soundness in your area of expertise and possess broader knowledge of related areas.
Deliver work products that require minimal revision.
Facilitate discussions and reach decisions within the team.
Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Functional or industry knowledge relevant to the role.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Academic degree from a college or university and/or relevant work experience.
