Senior Marketing ExecutiveCollateral, Content & International ProgramsIn line with our continued expansion, Ei Electronics has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven marketing professional.Based at our Global HQ in Shannon, and joining the existing marketing team this role will focus on creating compelling collateral and content to support Ei's growing network of global customers and partners.The role will also involve overseeing the management and execution of Ei's Global Partner Program.Role & Responsibilities:Content Creation: Develop and maintain various forms of collateral, such as slide decks, case studies, fact sheets, brochures, white papers, and blog posts.Sales Support: Provide international sales colleagues with the materials and tools required to effectively communicate with prospects and clients.Digital Marketing : Manage the creation and distribution of the full spectrum of digital collateral.Manage Ei's Global Partner Program: Work closely with Partners to develop and execute joint marketing plans in local markets.Campaign Management: In conjunction with Partners, plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and print.Collaboration & Coordination: Liaising with in-house designers, sales teams, external agencies, printers, and subject matter experts to develop high-quality content.Distribution and Management of Marketing Assets: Managing and updating a library of marketing assets, to ensure easy access for relevant teams.Performance Analysis: Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing collateral with Sales Colleagues and Partners using key metrics.Market Research: Conducting research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors to inform the creation of relevant and compelling content.Brand Consistency : Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand guidelines, communications and messaging strategy.The Person:A third level degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing/Communications or other relevant discipline.3-5 Years Marketing Experience in a similar or related role. Ideally in a B2B environment.Very good working knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, graphics, presentation, and video software tools, (e.g. Illustrator, Wordpress, Adobe, Canva).Experience in managing outsourced support functions such as web, video and presentation developers, and graphic designers.Very good project management and leadership skills.Experience in managing marketing collateral such as promotional materials and artwork.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A High-level of editorial and proof-writing skills.Creativity and Interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of foreign languages an advantage.A keen eye for detail with a strong ability to multi-task.Time management and task prioritisation skills.
