Job Description
The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the front office department at a luxury hotel and resort. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position within a busy hotel environment, ideally a 4-5* property.
The Customer Service Team Lead is accountable for leading and motivating the front office team to deliver outstanding levels of service. This includes managing staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
The Customer Service Team Lead is also responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. They must develop and sustain productive customer relationships by improving service through effective communication and assistance.
