Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized
Assistant Project Manager
to support our project teams in Ireland. This role is ideal for candidates with some experience in project coordination or a desire to build a career in project management. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in
planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
* Support the
Project Manager
in coordinating resources, tasks, and timelines
* Maintain
project documentation, reports, and dashboards
* Help track
project budgets, expenditures, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and follow-ups
* Support risk management by identifying potential issues and helping with mitigation plans
* Assist in
organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes
* Help ensure projects adhere to
company standards and methodologies
(e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in
Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
* Basic understanding of
project management principles and methodologies
* Strong organizational and
time management skills
* Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
* Good communication and
stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under supervision
* Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
* Exposure to
project management tools
(e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana)
* Familiarity with
Agile or Scrum methodologies
* Internship or work experience in project coordination
* PRINCE2 Foundation or CAPM certification is a plus
