This is a hands-on role for someone who can sell, manage, and scale.You'll work closely with the founder on direction and targets, but you'll fully own day-to-day sales activity, team performance, and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSales ExecutionOwn outbound sales across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phoneRun discovery calls, qualify leads, and close dealsManage pipelines, follow-ups, and deal progressionConsistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targetsTeam ManagementRecruit, onboard, and manage sales reps and student ambassadorsSet daily and weekly activity targetsReview performance, call quality, and conversion metricsStrategy & ProcessBuild and refine sales scripts, playbooks, and outreach sequencesMaintain clean CRM data, reporting, and pipeline visibilityIdentify bottlenecks and optimise each stage of the funnelCollaborate with operations and marketing to improve lead qualityGrowth & PartnershipsSupport partnership outreach and co-selling opportunitiesRepresent Silverfame Group on client and partner callsHelp launch new offerings and test new sales channelsWhat We're Looking For2+ years' experience in sales or business developmentProven ability to close deals and manage a pipelineExperience managing or mentoring sales reps is a strong plusConfident communicator with strong commercial instinctsHighly organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentStartup, agency, or outbound-led sales experience preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€100,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsProfit sharingWork from homeLicence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: On the road
