Our multinational client in has an exciting requirement for a HR Operations Specialist to join their team for an 11 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR support and delivery, offering a comprehensive HR service in a busy, high volume environment, operating in line with HR policies and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
-Primary Point of Contact for HR queries across Europe, via ticketing system organised by case transactions.
-Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from on-boarding onward
-Maintain accurate employee records
-Provide HR support to wider centre of excellence
-Ensure compliance to local HR legislation
-Perform regular quality reviews and report findings
-Support testing on HR technology advancements
-Any other ad-hoc HR support
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-3 years' HR experience, ideally in a shared services environment
-Multi-country HR support experience
-HR Qualification.
-Experience with HR tools and systems (e.g., Workday & ServiceNow)
-Excellent communication skills
