Quality and Patient Safety Leader
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Quality and Patient Safety Leader. As a key member of our hospital management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality initiatives and risk management systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role. A detailed understanding of hospital operations, structure, and processes is essential. JCI accreditation experience is highly desirable.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can motivate teams to achieve high-quality patient care standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly are also critical.
