Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the corporate tax team advising on all the tax aspects of:
* Corporate reorganisation and Restructurings and inward investment.
* Private equity and property transactions.
This includes areas such as asset finance, securitisations, investment funds, banking, real estate tax, VAT and indirect taxes.
