An esteemed organization in a high-growth sector is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function.
* Lead and develop the finance team, serving as a key contact for senior stakeholders, boards and committees.
Maintain robust financial controls, accounting policies and governance frameworks. Oversee tax compliance and planning by working with external advisors and internal teams. Manage internal and external reporting, including board packs, consolidations and audits.
Requirements:
* A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/equivalent) with 5+ years PQE experience leading teams and working with senior stakeholders and boards.
