The Senior Business Analyst will play a key part in shaping our business strategy by defining end-to-end solutions for complex payment acceptance problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria focusing on customer experience and business outcomes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across product development, operations, compliance teams to translate needs into actionable features ensuring quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills combined with excellent stakeholder engagement abilities enabling them to build trustful relationships within cross-functional teams as well as external partners. They should also have hands-on Agile delivery experience along with solid knowledge of BA methodologies including requirements definition from start through completion.
