Procurement Professional
As a Procurement Professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting procurement operations across the source-to-pay lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
The Role
* Review and maintain procedural documents on the intranet related to Coupa Procurement how-to-guides.
* Manage user access requests for business users within Coupa.
* Assist in contracts execution and supplier onboarding processes.
* Execute procurement operations controls and track/report relevant metrics.
* Become an expert in Coupa and related tools and processes to enable day-to-day support within procurement.
The Requirements
* Good knowledge and experience working with Source to Pay systems, preferably Coupa or similar systems.
* Prior experience deploying Coupa or related systems and conducting user trainings is advantageous.
* Advanced MS Office skills are necessary for this role.
* Excellent written English and policy drafting skills are required.
* Experience in procurement, working with procurement policies and processes, reporting, and tools is essential.
* Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret large volumes of data are necessary for success in this position.
