At the Sweep Bar and Restaurant we are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our established kitchen team. We work daily to provide our customers with excellent food and hospitality.
The candidate must have the following:
* 3 Years plus experience as a Sous Chef.
* Be passionate about delivering high quality dishes with frequent changing menus.
* Have the ability to work within a team, mentoring staff and guiding Junior Staff.
* Capable of leading the kitchen team ensuring that all guidelines are achieved daily.
* Assist the Head Chef in menu creating and Food Development.
* Full HACCP Training.
There is no late night, free car parking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €16.00-€18.00 per hour
