Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable Agency Oncology Nurses to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide agency nursing cover at our partner facilities, delivering safe, high quality care while adapting quickly to new environments.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
Conduct assessments, monitor patient conditions, and document findings accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and support staff
Maintain clear, professional communication with facility staff and agency coordinators
Respond to emergencies and follow proper protocols
Uphold infection control and safety standards
Adapt quickly to different units and facility workflows
Requirements
Must be registered with NMBI
Must have a SACT Certificate
Minimum 6 months of oncology nursing experience in Ireland
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple facilities
