Responsibilities Help with the day-to-day operations and general administration of clinical services Assist the nursing and care team with leadership, direction, and mentoring while making ensuring that internal policies and HIQA regulations are followed.
Participate in performance management, hiring, and strategy planning.
Create a welcoming and cooperative work atmosphere and serve as a vital liaison between residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Oversee or assist with quality assurance and internal auditing projects.
Requirements NMBI General Division Registered Nurse Experience in a nursing home or other setting that provides care for elderly people is highly preferred.
A minimum of five years of nursing experience is required, with at least two of those years spent in a leadership or management role.
