Hotel Business Development Manager


Job Overview

Career Vision Recruiters seeks a dynamic Cluster Business Development Manager to drive business growth across multiple locations while developing professional expertise in a supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Business Growth: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across hotel properties.
* Client Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key partners.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales, marketing, and revenue growth plans.
* Market Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends to inform business strategies.
* Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
* Service Delivery: Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
* Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business development strategies to senior management.
* Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel brand.
* Relationship Management: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues to maintain long-term relationships.
* Cross-Selling: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across hotel services, including rooms, events, F&B, and loyalty programs.
* Mentorship: Mentor and support junior sales or business development staff, sharing best practices and strategies.


Requirements

* Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a business development or sales role (recruitment or professional services experience preferred)
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong commercial awareness and analytical abilities, results-driven with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and foster long-term relationships
