Job Title: Senior Culinary Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HACCP compliance, with experience working in fast-paced environments. A proven track record of menu development, inventory management, and staff training is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a senior management team.
