You'll join a team that values:Quality – We don't just meet standards, we set them.Innovation – It's in our DNA.Respect & Inclusion – Caring for our people fuels our success.Accountability – We say what we do, and we do what we say.Safety – If it is not safe, we don't do itThe Opportunity: As a Graphic Designer you will work creatively to ensure that the Activ8 brand is working according to best practice to cement its position as leader in the Solar PV marketplace.Key Responsibilities:Produce high-quality visual assets across print, digital, social, events, presentations, tenders and brand campaigns.Own projects from brief to delivery: concept development, layout, production, iteration and finalisation.Develop and refine brand-aligned visuals to support campaigns, web content, social strategy and commercial proposals.Prepare and deliver fully print-ready artwork (brochures, signage, event collateral, packaging, etc.).Support the creation of consistent and compelling content for paid and organic social campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Commercial and Senior Leadership.Maintain and evolve Activ8's brand guidelines as needed.Handle version control, asset organisation, file prep and quality checks.Support or guide Junior Designer(s) as needed, reviewing work and offering feedback.Contribute creatively to video concepts, motion graphics or content shoots.Requirements:2 – 4+ years professional experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency).A portfolio demonstrating commercial-quality work (required).Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and brand systems.UI/UX familiarity or experience designing for websites, landing pages or app layouts.Confidence working independently on briefs with minimal direction.Strong project-management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.Excellent attention to detail, especially for print standards and file prep.Must live within a commutable distance to Carrickmacross, Co.
