Senior Leadership Position
This high-level role entails overall responsibility for the entire store operation and performance, driving commercial success through strategic collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize commercial position and enhance service delivery
* Develop a culture reflecting our core values, promoting a positive working environment for continuous improvement
* Lead teams towards cost-effective service delivery and foster a customer-centric approach
* Identify, implement, and promote innovations for enhanced service delivery and customer experience
* Monitor, evaluate, and report risks, mitigating their impact on business operations
* Develop investment and capex plans, operational budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth
* Support and guide on-site teams to excel in their roles, ensuring exceptional customer service
Requirements:
* Proven track record as a Director with profit and loss responsibility and strong commercial awareness
* Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to diagnose challenges and create comprehensive protocols
* Strong customer service skills and demonstrable record of mitigating business risks and achieving sales growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
