The Role: Lead and manage all EHS activities on site in line with Irish legislation and best practice Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and risk assessments Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks Act as the key point of contact for EHS matters with subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented Provide strong leadership and mentoring to site teams to promote a proactive safety culture Requirements: Minimum 7+ years' experience in a senior EHS role within construction Strong background working on large-scale building projects (student accommodation, residential, commercial, or mixed-use preferred) Excellent working knowledge of Irish H&S legislation Relevant third-level qualification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH, Grad IOSH, or equivalent) Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills Ability to work autonomously while xsokbrc influencing senior stakeholders What's on Offer: Competitive salary package (DOE) Long-term, secure role on a flagship Dublin project Opportunity to work with an established contractor with a strong project pipeline Supportive senior management structure and professional working environment Skills: Heath Safety Construction
