About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities Pick and prepare goods accurately for dispatch Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently Carry out regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records Ensure all products are stored safely, securely, and in line with company procedures Assist with incoming deliveries and check goods against delivery dockets Drive company vehicles to deliver goods as required Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policies at all times Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Full, clean Category B driving licence Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items when required Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills A positive, proactive team player with a strong work ethic Good communication skills Flexibility to work overtime when required Whats on Offer Competitive hourly rate of €18 - €19, depending on experience Lunch allowance Approximately 45 hours per week (with some flexibility depending on workload) Opportunity for career growth and development Supportive and collaborative working environment.
