Main Responsibilities

* Manage stakeholder expectations, including communicating effectively with team members and clients;

* Drive project controls functions, encompassing fee management, capital cost management, schedule management, accountancy management, and risk management;

* Oversee the on-site planning team, tracking budgets, contracts, change orders, trends, and actual costs;

* Promote open communication and collaboration among all parties to minimize disruptions and delays;

* Ensure efficient management of change, capturing all changes impacting work scope;

* Lead project teams in areas like project risk management, financial management, and change control process;

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. At least 20 years of experience in Project Controls roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry;

2. Demonstrated senior-level expertise in cost control, performance measurement, and project scheduling;

3. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to produce accurate work under project deadlines;

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

5. Familiarity with construction contractual documents and contract modifications;
