We seek a highly motivated Junior Consultant - Legal Technologist to join the regulations team. The successful candidate will become the subject matter expert to advise on implementing EASA rules and regulations. You will join the start-up with the ambitious team helping you progress together with the company.

What will you do:
* Draft, review, and update various documentation, including standard operating procedures, safety management and operations manuals, and service level agreements.
* Consult and collaborate with the team and senior management to ensure compliance with legal and operational safety requirements, mitigate risks, and safeguard the interests of internal and external stakeholders.
* Research and analyse client-related legal issues and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
* Conduct operational risk assessments based on the client's concept of operations and business objectives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal documentation, contracts and records.
* Stay updated on legislation changes and industry best practices.
* Liaise with the authorities and coordinate legal matters as required.
* Audit client organisational structure and operational procedures to verify regulatory compliance.

Mandatory requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in law/aviation/technology/related field.
* 2+ years of experience in the legal/aviation/technology field.
* Willingness to learn and understand industry regulations and clients.
* Be dynamic, flexible, self-motivated and work well as part of the team.
* Be organised and discreetly organise others.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
* Outstanding interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills.
* MS Office skills.
Preferred requirements:
* Passion for tech, innovation and regulations.
* Strong knowledge of EASA regulations and compliance requirements, particularly SORA.
* Experience in auditing and compliance verification.

This is a full-time office-based role at our HQ in Guinness Enterprise Centre, Dublin 8.
Due to the urgent nature to fulfil this role only candidates with a valid residence and work permit in Ireland will be considered.
