Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Children's Disability Team Location: Dublin Contract Type: Ongoing Line of Work
Are you a compassionate leader with experience in managing clinical teams? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality, family-centred services to children and young people with complex needs? We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join our established and friendly team.
The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 will be responsible for the effective management, care, and treatment of children with complex disabilities. This will involve monitoring and evaluating clinical outcomes, contributing to clinical formulation and decision-making processes, developing accessible education materials, and acting as an advocate or liaison for the child.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes of patient centred care including the Individual Family Service Plan.
* Contribute to the clinical formulation and decision-making processes in patient management.
* Develop accessible education material, information handouts for parents and children on various procedures.
* Act as an advocate or liaison for the child where there are multiple services involved in their integrated care.
We are looking for a registered nurse with minimum 5 years post-registration experience, including 2 years at a supervisory or senior nursing level. You should have strong knowledge of interdisciplinary models of care, PDS framework, and family-centred practice. Excellent communication skills are essential along with leadership abilities that drive quality improvement projects forwards successfully ensuring sustainable results over time.
