Job Summary:
Ocorian is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Fund Accounting Operations team. This role requires a strong operational leader who can drive best-in-class service execution, ensure compliance with global risk control frameworks, and develop talent within the business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage Fund Accounting client service delivery across Ocorian's global client base and service locations.
* Spearhead best-in-class service execution through regular touchpoints with clients, monitoring KPIs and ensuring that accounting teams are resourced to deliver services in line with SLAs and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Fund Accounting (specifically Private Markets), preferably running a fund accountancy team within a fund administrator. A track record of implementing operational processes, resolving issues and building capability & systems would be essential.
