Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chocolatier–Confiseur to craft high-quality chocolates and confectionery products. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, creativity, and precision to produce consistent, visually appealing, and delicious products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and produce a wide range of chocolates and confectionery products (bonbons, pralines, ganache, truffles, caramels, nougats, pâte de fruits, etc.)
Temper chocolate manually and/or using machines
Develop new recipes, flavor combinations, and seasonal collections
Decorate and finish products with attention to detail and presentation
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
Manage ingredients, stock rotation, and raw material quality
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Operate and maintain confectionery equipment and tools
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and seasonal production targets
Qualifications & Skills
· Formal training or apprenticeship in chocolate, pastry, or confectionery (preferred)
Proven experience as a Chocolatier and/or Confiseur
Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, sugar work, and confectionery techniques
Creativity and a refined palate
High level of precision, organization, and time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Working Conditions
Production kitchen or workshop environment
