The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Workplace Operations Coordinator to join our Administration & Facilities team. This varied role is ideal for candidates with experience in team administration, PA support, facilities, or office operations, who bring a positive, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily workplace operations, including facilities, office supplies, vendor services, and maintenance.
* Manage building access, monitor the BMS, and liaise with building management teams.
* Support health & safety compliance, sustainability initiatives, and emergency procedures.
* Coordinate onsite services (catering, cleaning, IT support, EAs) and office events.
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding, visitor management, and travel arrangements.
* Provide absence/backfill support for reception, administration, and facilities as needed.
About You
* 2+ years' experience in administration, PA, facilities, or office operations (finance/professional services experience a plus).
* Knowledge of workplace health & safety practices.
* Positive, proactive, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
* Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
