Reporting to the Associate Director, the purpose of the role is to provide new business consultancy to prospective clients on a range of pre and post‑retirement products, protections and pensions.
This role is partly in our Arachas Employee Benefits team, an engaging environment working with some of the best people in our industry. The Employee Benefits and Financial Planning team emphasise a high‑quality, client‑centric approach, enabling clients to make better decisions. Each member of the team is valued and encouraged to develop their skills and education to enable the provision of professional best advice to our clients.
Role Accountabilities
Meeting clients / Generating Leads / Project work
Providing advice to a new and existing client base
Managing and continuously building relationships
Developing new business opportunities through internal and external channels
Achieving agreed targets and team‑based goals
Always adhering to company policies and procedures
Managing local projects that contribute to the overall team proposition.
Requirements
Desire to learn and grow in the role, desire to complete further education such as PMI APA
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Represent the company and present on client sites as needed.
Attend 1‑1 EB clinics with employees on client sites.
Represent the company at conferences and promotional events as needed.
Other ad hoc duties as required, such as attend Trustee / pension committee meetings.
Minimum qualification QFA, preferred MIIPM, AIIPM, CFP, QPT, PTP

Location
Role based in Cork, Limerick, Waterford – office to be confirmed (current practice – geographically closest to your home). Some travel will be required when visiting client sites, conferences, and will be agreed in advance.
