Overview
Due to continued expansion, we now require a Site Manager for a full-time role based in Limerick.
The role of the Site Manager is to ensure efficient management of a building site, to provide a safe working environment, and adhere to workplace Health and Safety requirements, while maximising productivity.
Delivery of high quality projects, snag free on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
Responsible to the Contracts Manager to perform all duties as agreed
Front-line management of all industrial relations matters
Ensuring compliance and completion of all company procedures and all contractual commitments are achieved
Workplace Health and Safety Management and implementation (Safety Manuals)
Minimum of 5 years practical experience managing construction sites.
RC frame & Fittouts experience required.
