Our client

Finance Team Lead
to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while helping steer the business forward.
You'll be the steady hand guiding a small finance team, the go-to person for accurate reporting, and a trusted partner to senior leadership when decisions need numbers, clarity, and insight.
This is a
hands-on, onsite role based in Baldoyle
, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action and making a visible impact.
What you'll be doing
* Leading and mentoring a small, experienced finance team
* Owning month-end close, management accounts, and financial reporting
* Overseeing AP, AR, payroll, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
* Partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive smarter decisions
* Improving processes, controls, and ways of working as the business evolves
What our client is looking for
* A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a senior or team-lead finance role
* Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
* A practical, down-to-earth leadership style — you're happy to roll up your sleeves
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with non-finance stakeholders
* Manufacturing or operational business experience is a strong advantage
