Our organization is seeking a Fluent French Customer Service Representative to join our international customer support team. This role involves delivering high-quality transaction processing and top-tier service to clients across global markets.
The primary responsibilities of this position include acting as the primary point of contact for customer transaction support, providing timely and accurate information regarding stock availability and pricing, and processing orders received via phone, email, fax, or online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer transaction support across global markets
* Provide timely and accurate information regarding stock availability and pricing
* Process orders received via phone, email, fax, or online platforms
* Ensure order accuracy and issue prompt, professional confirmations to customers
* Monitor and manage SAP system delivery dates to optimise shipments and reduce costs
* Identify and manage backorders or out-of-stock items, offering alternatives when possible
* Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Technical, Engineering, and Pricing to resolve queries
* Escalate any potential issues or irregularities to management
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
* Support a positive, collaborative team culture
* Gain in-depth knowledge of internal systems and customer base (SAP, CRM tools, Office365,
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years' experience in a customer service or data entry role, preferably in a fast-paced or B2B environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solution-focused mindset
* Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
* Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team
* IT proficient – ideally holding an ECDL qualification or equivalent
* Confident in handling customer queries across different departments
