TalentHub is partnering with a global eCommerce company to find a Product Optimisation & Growth Lead Manager to drive growth through experimentation, data, and innovation.
In this senior, commercially-focused role, you’ll lead A/B testing, growth hacks, and performance strategies to boost acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue. You'll work cross-functionally with product, UX, marketing, and engineering teams—turning insights into impact.
What we’re looking for:
8+ years in product/growth/analytics (eCommerce or digital consumer background ideal)
Expertise in A/B & multivariate testing, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI
Proven track record of scaling products and revenue
Strategic thinker, strong communicator, data-led decision-maker
