Catering Assistant in Healthcare
Broadline is seeking experienced catering staff for immediate start in hospitals and nursing homes throughout Meath.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be part of a friendly and motivated Catering Team, working in some of the largest Healthcare settings and Nursing Homes. Responsibilities include setting up the catering units/wards, serving breakfast/lunch/dinner/teas, day-to-day cleaning of the catering units/kitchens, taking patient orders/uploading into the system, serving food at ward level/probing food/recording temperatures/cleaning pantry/preparing meals/presenting dishes following all dietary requirements/HACCP procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least three years' experience working in a Hospital/Nursing Home catering setting or high-volume commercial background.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to adapt to new environments with positive attitude towards work commitment/responsibilities.
* Two valid references (min 2yrs) with no restrictions on full-time work permit in Ireland.Work permits must have no restrictions
