We have an opportunity for an ambitious and driven National Tender Manager to join our successful team based in Galway.
In this role you will be:
* Accountable for the preparation and submission of tenders on behalf of the business.
* Collaborating with internal departments to gather and coordinate all necessary information for tender submissions.
* Identifying and evaluating potential tender opportunities to determine alignment with business objectives and capabilities.
* Managing the full lifecycle of tender processes within GPT, including receipt, assessment, coordination, and submission.
* Analysing tender documentation to identify submission requirements and ensuring all necessary information is provided.
* Ensuring tender submissions are fully completed and delivered in accordance with specified deadlines and compliance requirements.
* Preparing and presenting monthly reports on the company's tendering activities and performance metrics.

* Good analytical skills
* Strong Finance/accounts/accountancy background. Ideally qualified (QBE) or part qualified seeking industry experience
* Excellent IT skills
* Organised and good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and team player.
