As a Global Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for delivering customer value through identifying and managing opportunities, utilising Kerry selling skills tools.
You will defend current business through renovation or value creation projects, and develop strong strategic relationships within customers' organisation including Food Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and QA / Nutrition.
Foster counterpart relationships within Kerry, building senior level relationships with key decision makers and influencers, and build profile of the customer internally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and build profitable growth with new customers and/or markets.
* Deliver customer value through identifying and managing opportunities.
* Defend current business through renovation or value creation projects.
* Support the day-to-day management of the account.
* Develop strong strategic relationships within customers' organisation.
* Build senior level relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
Commercial Acumen:
* Prepare, plan and lead pricing negotiations.
* Report regularly on key financial performance metrics.
* Ownership of the forecasting and annual budgeting process.
Strategic Mindset:
* Develop and execute an account plan that demonstrates a strong connection between the strategic goals of an organisation and that of a customer.
* Land pro-active innovation platforms with the relevant customer stakeholders.
* Identify and deliver on indirect opportunities with the customer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a Food or Beverage industry sales role.
QSR chains experience is highly preferred.
Business Development approach.
Proactivity and dynamism.
Ability to influence cross-functionally.
Travel is required up to 30% in Northern and Central Europe
