Our client is an established Irish business with a proven history of rapid growth. Due to recent acquisitions, there is a requirement for an excellent accountant to manage two entities based in Limerick.The company based in Limerick is run as a standalone reporting into the group and is, in essence, an SME. This presents an opportunity to take ownership, and it will require a strong accountant to manage the accounting processes effectively.Managing the workflow of 3 junior staff and taking ownership of the collective finance team, and liaising with wider management.Role:Prepare management accounts, including variance analysisMonitor margins, KPIs, and stock analysisAssist in managing the AP, AR and reconciliation staffMonitor and forecast cash flowBudget and projection for 1,3, and 5 yearsYear-end financial reports and tax complianceAssist with year-end auditManage several finance support staffSkills/Qualifications:Qualified Accountant (1-4 years PQE)Strong commerciality and ability to liaise with stakeholdersLooking to develop and continuously learn
