Key Responsibilities:
Review and improve controls around cash, stock, and operational processes
Investigate variances and identify areas for improvement across sites
Work closely with operational teams to improve efficiencies and controls
Deliver KPI reporting and insights to senior leadership
Manage a small audit-focused team
Support wider finance and operational projects
Your Experience:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Someone who enjoys improving processes and working closely with the wider business
