Associate Sales Support & Administration Analyst

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Channel Sales Administrator to join our Sales Operations Team.
You will be part of a team of administrators and analysts who are tasked with supporting both SME (small-medium enterprise) and IC (industry/commercial) categories in key tasks and duties. These activities range from managing incoming queries and escalations via email and SharePoint as well as directly supporting IC contracts through order fulfilment and billing. Additionally to this there are manual recurring reports to be managed and ongoing projects that will require support
Key accountabilities
* Support the end to end sales and service processes for SME and IC categories
* Manage and resolve queries from internal and external SME sales channels
* Manage key tasks along the customer journey, both directly and supporting our vendors
* Provide insight into sales pipeline and movement
* Audit all active sales across the CRM and Billing systems to ensure customer are on boarding correctly and in a timely fashion
* Ensure our products and tariffs are flowing correctly between our pricing system into our CRM and Billing systems
* Play a central role in supporting operational commercial teams such as billing, business insights, and credit management
* Provide support to the business during projects and rollouts
* Act as a tier 2 support team in line with Tender fulfilment
* Offer insight to improve processes and procedures
* Working with the Senior Sales Operations Specialist o carry out data quality checks & audits- identifying compliance gaps
* Work with Knowledge Management resource to ensure commercial knowledge articles and processes are up to date
* Manual assist with the issuing of market reports & monthly bills to account managed customers
* Provide support to Energy Services initiatives
* Provide support on reporting for account managers & category managers
* Provide ad-hoc reports to high value I&C customers
* Any other duties as they arise
