Senior Hotel Operations Manager
Seeking an experienced Senior Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 66-bedroom 4-star hotel in North County Dublin. The successful candidate will lead a team of staff across all departments, ensuring smooth shift operations and high levels of guest satisfaction.
* Lead and manage a team of over 45 staff members
* Work closely with the Operations Director to set budgets, targets, and hotel strategy
* Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through consistent service delivery and drive internal sales initiatives

About You:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar Deputy General Manager or Senior Ops role (3*/4* property)
* A strong working knowledge of all hotel departments, especially food & beverage and events
