As an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of renewable energy assets, including wind farms, solar plants, and energy storage systems. Your primary duties will include conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems to ensure continuous operation and minimal downtime.Working within a dynamic team, you will collaborate with engineers, site managers, and other technical staff to diagnose issues, perform corrective actions, and optimize energy production.
