Job Title: Gaming Floor Host/Guest Services Associate
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all cash handling procedures and related banking requirements.
This part-time position requires working 2 shifts per week, primarily on weekends. Candidates must be at least 20 years old due to the nature of the role.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive support from management to align individual and company goals.
Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-notch customer service by being approachable, friendly, and attentive at all times, providing correct change and communicating current promotions clearly.
• Report any repair or maintenance issues related to gaming equipment promptly.
• Perform cleaning duties as directed by supervisors or managers.
• Assist with rostering, banking, and local marketing tasks as requested by management.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and guests, representing us professionally within the community.
• Demonstrate flexibility with work hours and be available to cover additional shifts during colleagues' holidays.
• Liaise with head office personnel as necessary.
• Contribute to training new staff members in customer service, cash handling, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Follow instructions, accept feedback constructively, and act in the best interest of the business.
• Complete other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Eligibility:
