Job Title: Senior Administrator
This reputable professional services firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to fill a key role in their Technology and Innovation team. The successful candidate will provide high-level support to partners and senior lawyers, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating complex administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate digital records. They will also oversee the full billing process, including time entry, invoicing, and payment tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support to partners and legal professionals
* Manage calendars, emails, and meeting coordination
* Oversee the full billing process (time entry, invoicing, payment tracking)
* Support client onboarding, including AML compliance
* Prepare, format, and edit legal documents and templates
* Arrange travel and manage expense claims
* Maintain up-to-date digital files and client databases
* Support internal and external communications and client marketing activities
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual with:
* 4+ years' experience in a Legal EA/PA or similar high-level admin role
* Solid experience with billing and financial systems
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience using legal document management and collaboration tools
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
