With a strong reputation in the education sector and a growing client base, were now looking to expand our team with a dedicated Business Development Executive focused exclusively on the education market in the Mid-West region. The Role You will be responsible for: Managing and developing relationships with existing school clients Proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities in the education sector Understanding each schools ICT requirements and advising on tailored solutions (Wi-Fi, interactive displays, managed support, cloud migration, etc.) Collaborating with our engineering and support teams to prepare proposals and deliver value Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Requirements 3+ years experience in a business development or technical sales role Proven track record of selling IT systems, AV, or managed services into the education or SME sectors Strong technical acumen you dont need to be an engineer, but must be able to con?dently discuss ICT solutions with school principals and ICT coordinators Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Mid-West region Package Includes Base salary: €45,000€55,000 depending on experience Generous Commission Structure Company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and home office setup De?ned sales territory (Mid-West region) with protected client allocation Full support from our technical, admin, and marketing teams Opportunity to join a growing national sales team with future territory growth potential Why Join Us?
