Site Manager - Dublin Overview We are working with a well-established Main Contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across Dublin. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The Role Oversee the full building project lifecycle from inception through to completion Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Manage all site operations including coordination of subcontractors, materials, and workforce Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions proactively Maintain strong communication with design teams, commercial teams, and key stakeholders Enforce high standards of health & safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance on-site Lead and motivate site teams, driving performance and continuous improvement Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards The Candidate Minimum 10 years' experience in a Site Manager role Strong background working with a Main Contractor Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish Excellent understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction processes Proactive approach to site logistics, problem-solving, and programme delivery Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments What's on Offer Competitive salary and package (DOE) Opportunity to work on high-profile Dublin-based projects Long-term career progression with a growing contractor Strong pipeline of upcoming work
