Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Deliver excellent customer service standards and ensure an exceptional shopping experience Assist with staff training, coaching, and development Oversee stock control, merchandising, and store presentation Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures Step up to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager About You Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in retail Passionate about customer service with a hands-on approach to leading a team Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment Commercially aware with a focus on achieving targets Why This Role?
